Appointments start and end promptly on the start and stop times. To make sure everyone has a quality experience please make sure to be on time to your appointment.
*Please text if you are going to be late so I can see the best way to proceed. If I do not have a message from you I will assume you are not going to show up.
Waxing & Skin Lightening:
-If you arrive more than 10 mins late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to a later date and time.
Facials:
-If you arrive more than 10 mins late we will have to shorten your treatment time to ensure that our next client is not delayed.
-In the event you are more than 15 mins late we may need to reschedule to a later date and time.
If you reached out prior that you are going to be late I will discuss our options and will try to get as much done in the time that we have.
We understand that things come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
-Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a
non-refundable $25 fee.
-Repeat Cancellations will result in a non-refundable 50% booking fee to book future services. (This fee will be put towards the total of your services)
**When booking multiple services, all services must be performed or you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 or 50%, whichever is less**
-If you do not show for your appointment and I have not heard from you by the end of the grace period you will be required to pay the non-refundable $25 cancellation fee.
-Rescheduling will require a non-refundable booking fee of 50% for all future services booked. (This fee will be put towards the total of your services)
- Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
-Any appointment rescheduled after the 24 hour mark will be subject to a $25 fee
- Rescheduling then canceling of services at any time will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 plus a non-refundable booking fee of 50% to book future services. (This fee will be put towards the total of your services)
